Junko Yoshioka

Junko Yoshioka, the youngest of 3 girls, was raised in Japan and named after the month in which she was born; June.

From an early age Junko (pronounced June-Co) loved to sketch and draw. This childhood pastime developed into a lifelong passion for design and fashion.

While studying fashion in Japan’s top design school, Modo Gakuen, Junko won the prestigious award for “Best Wedding Gown”. This propelled Junko to dive deeper into the world of luxury evening and bridal gowns. Her unique sense of materials and inventive design sense was widely recognized and she was recruited by some of Italy’s top fashion houses to create her “neo-classic” RTW looks for the European market.

Since launching her own fashion house, Junko has graced the pages of Martha Stewart Weddings, InStyle, Town and Country, WWD, New York Magazine, Brides, Inside Weddings, Vogue and dressed Jessica Alba, Katherine Heigl, Anna Paquin, Helen Hunt, Jennifer Love Hewitt and more...

Junko lives in New York City with her husband and daughter.
